Repeat Clients/Loans

Repeat Clients/Loans report gives details of the number of loans disbursed to clients (i.e. The report generated is based on counting Clients or Loans taken) for a selected period of time.

To get here, go to Loans/Portfolio Reports/Analysis Reports/Repeat Clients/Loans. A screen that looks as follows will be seen:

• Disbursed between: Enter the period between which the Loans were disbursed e.g. 01/01/2020 and 05/06/2020 as shown above for which a Repeat Clients/Loans Report is to be generated.
• Disregard loans disbursed before: Enter the date for which the Repeat Clients/Loans Report should disregard e.g. "01/01/2020". Any repeat Clients or loans before this date will not be considered in the report.
• Count Clients: When this option is selected, the Repeat Clients/Loans report will show the numbers of clients who took repeat Loans. This option can be used with the option By Gender or UDF (User Defined Field) Client Category 1 up to 3 but not both at the same time. The report below is of Count Clients with the option By Gender. The user defined client categories should have been defined under Support Files/Client Categories. The options By Business sector and By UDF Loan Categories will automatically be deactivated.

Click Ok button to have the Reports that will look like one below or Close button to exit the screen

• Count Clients: The report below is of Count Clients with the option UDF (User Defined Field) Client Category 1. The user defined client categories should have been defined under Support Files/Client Categories.

• By Gender: This option can only be used with the Count Clients option to generate a report based on Gender see the example above.
• Count loans: When this option is selected, the Repeat Clients/Loans report will show the numbers of loans taken by repeat clients. This option can be used with the option By Business sector or UDF (User Defined Field) Loan Category 1 up to 3 but not both at the same time. The report below is of Count loans with the option By Business sector. The Business sectors should have been defined under Support Files/Business sector.
